If you are in New Zealand:
Please enclose your cheque (made out to M O Knox) for $30 per copy, plus postage and packaging within New Zealand of $5 for one copy or $6 for two. Total cost for one book posted to a New Zealand address is NZ$35, and for two books NZ$66.
Contact me if you are ordering more than two books, or if you would like to pay by bank transfer/direct credit.
When ordering, please be sure to include your full postal address.

If you are in another country:
The price of the book is NZ$30 plus postage and packaging:
- to Australia
- by International Air Post (3-6 working days) - NZ$14 + NZ$30 = NZ$44 total
- by International Economy Post (10-15 working days) - NZ$12 + NZ$30 = NZ$42 total
- to the USA and Canada
- by International Air Post (6-10 working days) - NZ$28 + NZ$30 = NZ$58 total
- by International Economy Post (13-25 working days) - NZ$23 + NZ$30 = NZ$53 total
- to the UK and Europe
- by International Air Post (6-10 working days) - NZ$30 + NZ$30 = NZ$60 total
- by International Economy Post (13-25 working days) - NZ$25.50 + NZ$30 = NZ$55.50 total
The postage cost may be reduced for two or more books sent to the same address. Please enquire.
How to pay:
One way is to obtain a bank draft in New Zealand dollars (made out to M O Knox) from your bank and post it to me at the address above. There is no extra charge for this (apart from your own bank's fee).
A telegraphic transfer is not satisfactory as New Zealand banks make quite a high charge for processing these and the cost would have to be added on to your payment.
I can also accept payment by Paypal - email me with your order and I will send you a "request for payment" via Paypal. You can then pay either through your Paypal account if you have one, or with a credit card.
When ordering, please be sure to include your full postal address and tell me whether you would like the book sent by International Air or International Economy.
